1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bt222" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at bt222.ws and its associated sub-pages.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player " or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bt222 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, software, game engines, data feeds, odds compilations, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the bt222 registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, or by placing any Bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The bt222 Platform is available exclusively to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you declare and warrant that you have attained the minimum age of 21 years. bt222 takes age verification seriously and may request certified documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage of your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

3.2 Geographic Access

The Platform is primarily designed for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bt222 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally permitted in any location outside its intended market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited is not permitted.

3.3 Exclusion of Certain Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account on bt222:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any related gambling service;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of bt222 or its technology or game-supply partners, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been notified of a permanent account suspension by bt222.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested. You are obliged to keep this information current and to update it promptly via the Account settings or by contacting support if any details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party and must not allow any other person to access or operate your Account. bt222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You agree to notify bt222 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Verification Checks

bt222 reserves the right to conduct identity, age, address, and source-of-funds verification checks at any point during the Account lifecycle. The Platform may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to games pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Verification documents accepted include government-issued photo identification, utility bills, and bank statements dated within the preceding three months.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bt222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bt222 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied by the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds may apply and may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed within the Account cashier section at the time of transaction. bt222 reserves the right to amend minimum thresholds with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. bt222 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. bt222 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods — whether belonging to another individual or a business — are not permitted. Any such deposit may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. bt222 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance deduction to dormant Account balances after providing the Player with advance written notice by email. Where the resulting balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A Bet is accepted only when the Platform has confirmed it and assigned a unique bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no Bet exists. bt222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet placed on the Platform without being required to provide a reason, including — but not limited to — Bets placed on events where odds have been published in error or where the Platform suspects improper conduct.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on the Platform represent the potential return on a successful Bet and are subject to change until a Bet is confirmed. Results and settlements for sports betting markets are determined on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI). bt222's settlement decisions are final once posted, subject only to manifest error correction under clause 6.3.

6.3 Manifest Error

Where bt222 identifies that odds, results, or payouts have been calculated or displayed due to a manifest error (a clear and obvious mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect), bt222 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected Bets. Players will be notified promptly where such corrections affect their Account balance.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. In-play odds are highly dynamic and reflect real-time match conditions. bt222 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Any Bets placed during a suspension will be voided. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their internet connection is stable when placing in-play Bets, as bt222 accepts no liability for Bets lost due to connectivity issues.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

bt222 offers casino games — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and instant-win titles — supplied by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Spribe, and others. Game availability may vary and bt222 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available games at any time without notice.

7.2 Fairness and RNG Certification

All slot and random-number-generator (RNG) casino games available on the Platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested for fairness, randomness, and published return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi from dedicated studio environments under their own operational standards. bt222 does not modify game logic.

7.3 Incomplete Game Rounds

If a casino game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, disconnection, or Platform maintenance, bt222 will use reasonable efforts to restore the game to the state at the point of interruption using server-side logs. Where restoration is not possible, bt222 will apply a fair and reasonable resolution at its discretion. bt222's resolution in such circumstances is final.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, loyalty rewards, and other promotions offered by bt222 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per offer. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin table games, draws in sports, certain RTP-exceeding strategies) may not count toward wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.

8.3 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

bt222 employs monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using bonus funds in a systematic low-risk manner intended to circumvent wagering requirements; and coordinating Bets with other Players to guarantee a risk-free return. Where abuse is detected, bt222 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel derived winnings, and close the Account.

8.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that have not been used or in respect of which wagering requirements have not been completed within the applicable time limit shall automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt222 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Bets, harvest odds data, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Participation in, facilitation of, or knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event;
• Systematic arbitrage betting intended to guarantee profit irrespective of market outcome, where such activity constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing systems;
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise facilitate financial crime;
• Providing false identity information, accessing another Player's Account, or impersonating any person or entity;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive toward bt222 staff or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, odds data, text, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of bt222 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, republish, scrape, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bt222. Unauthorised use of Platform Content may result in legal action.

11. Privacy & Data

bt222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bt222 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. bt222 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

bt222 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the Account settings panel. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Players may set a time-out period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which they will be unable to log in or place Bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently.

bt222 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bt222 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bt222 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside bt222's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or power disruptions.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bt222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bt222 will provide advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bt222 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bt222's customer support team in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. bt222's decisions with respect to sports betting settlement, game results, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error correction as described in these Terms.
